FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

COVID 19 & Hospital deliveries


We are still delivering during COVID 19, however no signature deliveries available. Strictly contact less delivery and /or Authorization to leave (ATL).

Strictly no hospital deliveries.




Where do you deliver?


We deliver to over 300 suburbs all over Melbourne. Monday to Sunday – 7 days a week! Click here to view our delivery suburbs




What are the delivery charges?


We have 3 types of delivery charges,

  • Same day - $15.00 flat rate (order cut off time 1pm),
  • Guaranteed delivery date - $10.00 and
  • Premium delivery rate $25.00 (order cut off at 3pm to be delivered around 7 pm same day).

You can view the suburbs and delivery charges here. The delivery charge will be calculated at check-out.




Can I pre-order?


Yes please !!
Pre order by booking ahead for a preferred delivery date - 7 days a week*. Throw away the hassle out of your gift giving by pre ordering throughout the year for Birthdays, Christmas gifts or any big occasions




Can I add delivery notes to my order?


Yes, you can! Any additional information to assist our delivery drivers is always welcome. You can include delivery notes, or any additional information in the customer notes section once you have added the item to your shopping cart.




When will my plant gift be delivered?


If you place an order before 1 pm, it will be delivered same day, Monday-Friday only. However, if you choose a pre order for any next day, we can deliver 7 days, though order cut off for Saturday and Sunday deliveries is by Friday 1 pm. This is only for delivery addresses to Melbourne only. Delivery times can be made between 8am-8pm. See our delivery details page for delivery days.




What days are you open?


We are delivering 7 Days a week.




How will my plant gift arrive?


Our leafy goodness plant gifts come in a quality handmade woven jute pot.

Each add on gift is individually wrapped and carefully placed in a custom package designed just for that plant type. Together with a postcard with your personal message and easy plant care instructions, our thoughtful plant gifts are handpicked and delivered in natural kraft paper gift bags.

Our plants are always priority shipped so they arrive healthy and beautiful - ready to enjoy!




Do I have to be in to receive my gift?


We use various couriers across the network so that we can offer the best possible service. Currently we are delivering using ATL (Authorization to leave).

In case you are not home, we can leave the plant gift near a shaded spot, somewhere safe and practical.

If you are at home, then strictly no signatures were allowed, ATL only now.




What if I want a Saturday delivery?


If you order on Saturday or Sunday, then your order will be delivered Monday or your preferred day of the following week.

However, if you wish to get the plant gift delivered on Saturday or Sunday, pre order cut off is by Friday 1 pm.




What if I want my item delivered to a work address or school?


If you wish to have your gift sent to a business address/school that is not a problem, but please bear in mind that some of our couriers can delivery up to 8pm.

So, do not forget to fill in the delivery instructions box on where you would like it left if you are not there to receive the item and a contact number in case, we can contact you.




Is my selected delivery date guaranteed?


Yes, it is guaranteed.

However, we have a substitution policy, which replaces the original plant gift with most suitable plant type in the event of stock unavailability.

We will take your approval before we substitute the plant type.




Can I pay by cheque?


Sorry unfortunately we do not accept payments by cheque




How many plants can I send to one address?


You can send up to 4 plants to one address for one delivery charge.

Any quantities over this amount will incur an additional charge please contact us so we can quote you further with a price.




Will my item include an invoice or prices in the delivery bag?


As the majority of plants and other add on’s are gifts there will be no receipt in the delivery bag.




Can I change my order once order has been placed?


Yes, you can change before the order delivered.
